    ## "Re-run failed" works from the run results page
    
    The button used to throw "No test cases provided to analyze". Fixed.
    
    Triggering "Re-run failed" from a run results page used to fail with "No test cases provided to analyze" because the page wasn't passing the failed cases through. The button now works from anywhere it's shown.

    ## Test cases require a goal
    
    The "create test" form now requires a goal upfront so you don't end up with empty shells.
    
    Half-formed test cases without goals were a regular source of confusion – they're not useful to the agent and they clutter the dashboard. The form now requires a goal at creation time. Existing tests without goals are unaffected.
