    ## Find test cases by wording, not by paging through hundreds
    
    Chat, the API and the CLI can search test cases by name, goal, expected result and steps.
    
    Search now runs a full-text query across test case name, goal, expected result, steps and scenario name, so finding a test by how it is worded no longer means paging through hundreds of rows.
    
    Use normal search syntax: unquoted words are ANDed, "quoted phrases" match exactly, OR finds alternatives and `-word` excludes matches. Combine it with a [scenario](https://docs.qa.tech/core-concepts/scenarios) filter to search within a specific test tree, from chat, the [API](https://docs.qa.tech/api-reference/introduction) or the CLI.

    ## A new skills system for chat, plus smarter onboarding
    
    Type / in chat to trigger reusable workflows, answer a few product questions during onboarding, and teach QA.tech from a failed test.
    
    Type `/` in the [chat](https://docs.qa.tech/core-concepts/ai-chat-assistant) input to open the skill picker. Pick one – like `/interview` for structured product discovery – and it preloads into your message, with the active skill shown in the assistant's reply.
    
    New projects now ask a few product discovery questions after the initial site crawl, before generating tests, so first-run tests better match how your product actually works.
    
    When a run has exactly one failure, a new "Teach AI about this" button lets you capture the expected behavior directly from the result, feeding it into project [knowledge](https://docs.qa.tech/core-concepts/knowledge).
