    ## Assistant messages can now render Mermaid diagrams
    
    Ask for a flowchart or sequence diagram and the chat agent draws it instead of describing it.
    
    Wrap a response in a mermaid code fence and it renders as an actual diagram, with the same copy and language-label chrome and syntax highlighting now applied to every code block in chat.
    
    Diagrams hold off rendering until the fence closes, so nothing flashes an error mid-stream, and they switch between light and dark automatically.
