    Test cases open in their own edit page

    The side-sheet pattern is replaced with proper editor pages.

    Test case detail used to open as a side sheet that overlapped the page underneath, which made it awkward to compare two tests, share a link to a specific test, or open a test in its own browser tab. Each test case now has a proper edit page at its own URL. The old side-sheet links redirect.
