Release notes··3 updates

Sign-in improvements and faster PR reviews

    3 updates shipped on May 28, 2026.

    1. Update 01 of 03

PR review bot responds immediately and handles longer runs

When a PR or MR is opened, QA.tech now posts its initial comment right away – and the agent can now run up to 100 steps instead of 25.

The "QA.tech is executing tests…" comment and progress link used to appear only after the agent finished. It now posts as soon as the run starts, so you know work is in progress without waiting. The per-run step limit has also been raised from 25 to 100, so complex PRs that previously stalled mid-way can now run to completion.

    2. Update 02 of 03

Sign-in page remembers your last-used auth method

A "Last used" badge now marks whichever method – Google, GitHub, email, or SSO – you logged in with most recently.

A "Last used" badge now marks whichever method – Google, GitHub, email, or SSO – you logged in with most recently. The badge is stored in a cookie and clears when you do. It removes the scanning when you have several login options and just want to get back in quickly.
