2 updates shipped on August 11, 2026.

  1. Highlight

    Featured this release

Connect MCP clients by signing in – no API key required

Cursor, Claude Code, Claude Desktop and Codex can connect to QA.tech with just a URL and an account sign-in.

Add the QA.tech MCP server with only url: https://api.qa.tech/v1/mcp and no headers. You are prompted to sign in and pick the organization to connect, and the client can use QA.tech's tools right away.

Organization Settings → MCP Server now leads with the copyable endpoint URL and OAuth sign-in for Claude Code, Cursor and Codex, with an API key shown only as a fallback for Continue and curl-based setups. Existing API key connections keep working exactly as before.

  2. Update 02 of 02

Video evidence and the agent used, right in the tracer

The tracer shows which agent ran a test step and lets you watch the exact video clip it analysed.

Steps where the agent reviewed a video interval now get a dedicated tab in the tracer, with a player that loops the analysed clip next to the question asked and the model's answer.

The Test & Agent tab also names the agent that ran the test – Fast, Intelligent or Superfast – so results tell you exactly what executed.
