4 updates shipped on August 13, 2026.

  1. Highlight

    Featured this release

Xray coverage, folders and test run history in chat

The chat agent can check requirement coverage, browse the Xray folder tree and pull a test's run history.

Building on TestRail and Xray cases in chat, ask "which Xray tests cover ABC-123?" and the chat agent returns each issue's coverage status and the tests behind it.

You can also ask what folders exist under a path in your Test Repository, or how a specific test has been trending over recent runs. Requires an Xray connection under Project Settings → Integrations, alongside Jira and TestRail.

  2. Update 02 of 04

Bigger, more flexible chat file exports

The chat agent turns full results and large tool outputs into files up to 20 MB, in Markdown, CSV, JSON, text, HTML or YAML.

Exports now run in an isolated sandbox that writes the file directly instead of routing it back through the model, so large exports that used to get truncated or refused come through complete.

Ask the chat agent for a full test case export or a run report in Markdown, CSV, JSON, text, HTML or YAML. Regular chat attachments stay at the existing 10 MB limit.

  3. Update 03 of 04

Create test plans without leaving what you're doing

Add to Test Plan searches as you type and can create a new plan straight from the result list.

Type part of a plan name in Add to Test Plan – in ⌘K or the right-click menu – and matching test plans filter live.

Type a name that does not exist yet and a "Create new test plan" option appears instead. Confirming it adds your selected test cases and keeps you on the page you were working from.

  4. Update 04 of 04

Per-run email and Teams overrides, plus a mute-all option

Run with Options can override notifications with specific email recipients or Teams settings for a single run, or turn them all off.

Per-run overrides previously covered Slack only. The same panel now adds email recipients, Teams notify-on-failure or notify-on-all, and a "Disable all notifications" checkbox that skips your project's Slack, email and Teams defaults too.

The same controls are available through the start run API via a notifications array – see notifications for the defaults they override.
