STOCKHOLM, 2 November 2026 – QA.tech today made its verification platform available to teams of every size. Engineering teams can start free, connect their app and get their first test results in the same session, then move to a Starter plan at $89 a month that scales with how much they test.

AI coding assistants have multiplied the number of changes a team ships, and far less of that code is read line by line before it goes out. The gap is not writing tests, it is verifying every change against the running product. That has been the hardest part of QA to scale, and until now the teams that could afford it were the ones with dedicated QA capacity. QA.tech's agents close that gap for a five-person team the same way they do for a bank.

What teams get

  • First results in the first session. A guided setup takes a team from app URL to a running test. The agent crawls the app, builds a map of its features, and runs an initial test before the repository is even connected.
  • Every pull request verified before it merges. PR testing is included from the free trial. QA.tech tests each change against the running app and reports back on the PR, for GitHub, GitLab and Azure DevOps.
  • Maintenance is never billed. Creating, updating and maintaining tests is free on every plan. Credits are spent only when tests run, with spending limits and budget alerts to keep the bill predictable.
  • Fits an AI-assisted workflow. MCP, API and CLI access on Starter means tests can be triggered and results read from CI and from the coding assistants engineers already use.
  • More than a test runner. Logic verification (beta) finds concrete inputs that break business rules in dates, money, permissions and status transitions, and turns the reachable ones into targeted tests. Connecting a repository imports the 30 most recent pull requests and maps the team's existing tests, with gaps ranked by risk.

Update highlights

  • Logic verification (beta) – Finds concrete inputs that break rules around dates, money, permissions and limits, straight from the code, and turns the reachable ones into tests. PR testing · Docs · Roles and permissions testing
  • PR reviews that plan from the diff and the ticket – Reviews read the change and its linked ticket, plan end-to-end checks, start before the preview is ready, skip changes that can't affect tests and learn from feedback. PR testing · Docs · PR and CI/CD testing
  • Repository onboarding and test suite map – Connecting a repo imports the 30 latest pull requests and maps the unit, integration and E2E tests already there, with gaps ranked by risk. GitHub integration · Docs · End-to-end testing
  • Azure DevOps and GitLab code access – Azure DevOps joins GitHub and GitLab for PR reviews (preview), and GitLab projects can now give the agent read access to code. Integrations · GitLab docs · GitLab integration
  • Coverage on a map of your app – Coverage opens as a zoomable map of the application's features, so a team can see what is tested, what isn't and where the risk sits. Web testing · Docs · Automated regression testing
  • Automations from chat, MCP and the API – Schedule test plan runs and chat workflows, trigger them from CI or a coding assistant, and get an AI review on every run. MCP · Docs · MCP server
  • A redesigned chat with canvas tabs and custom skills – Runs, results and PR reviews open beside the chat, teams can define their own skills, dictate messages and read or post to Slack. Product · Docs · Slack integration
  • A test agent that speaks – The agent can talk into the microphone to test voice commands, dictation and voice search in web apps. Voice testing · Voice command testing · Speech-to-text testing

Pricing

  • Free Trial: $0, 10 credits, one application, web and PR testing.
  • Starter: $89 a month, 50 credits included, up to two applications, parallel runs, unlimited test creation, MCP, API and CLI access, SOC 2.
  • Growth and Enterprise add mobile, API and voice testing, SSO, SLAs and a guided proof of concept.

“The teams that need verification most right now are the ones shipping fastest with AI, and most of them are small. We wanted a plan where a team can connect its app on a Tuesday, see what breaks the same day, and never pay for a test it didn't run.”

Daniel Mauno Pettersson, CEO and co-founder, QA.tech
